Information we handle

We handle account details, contact and delivery information, order history, saved pieces, support messages, device/security signals, and payment status. Paystack handles the sensitive payment details entered in its secure experience; we keep references and confirmation data needed to reconcile an order.

Why we use it

To provide the store and your account, fulfil orders, prevent fraud, answer support requests, improve reliability, meet legal duties, and—only when you choose it—send thoughtful marketing. We do not sell your personal information.

Private styling previews

When you choose “See it on you,” we process the portrait and full-body photographs you provide together with garment reference images to generate front and back styling views. This is optional and requires clear consent each time.

• Source photographs and unsaved results are deleted within 24 hours.
• Saved results stay private in your account until you delete them.
• Generation uses contracted image-processing providers, including OpenAI, under controlled service access.
• Do not upload another person, a child, or an image you do not have permission to use.

These previews are a visual styling guide, not an exact promise of fit, drape, or colour.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, download, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or delete eligible personal information. Some order records must remain for legal and financial obligations.

Storage, sharing, and security

We limit access, encrypt data in transit, use private object storage for styling images, and retain information only for documented periods. We share the minimum needed with delivery, hosting, communications, security, analytics, Paystack, and image-processing providers. Cross-border processing uses appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards.
