What to expect
- Confirmation. We verify Paystack payment directly and email your order reference.
- Preparation. Our team checks and packs every piece with care.
- Dispatch. You receive a tracking code when the delivery partner has your parcel.
- Arrival. Keep your phone available; the rider may call for directions.
Timing and exceptions
Business days exclude Sundays and Nigerian public holidays. Severe weather, high-volume launches, or hard-to-reach areas can add time; when they do, we will tell you rather than leave you wondering.
Need to change an address? Speak with client care as soon as possible. Once dispatched, a change may not be possible.
